Terms & Conditions

No outside food or beverages are allowed
No parent/guardian are permitted inside the club during afternoon and evening sessions
As the sessions can get busy, we recommend pre booking any activity sessions
We maintain a very hygienic environment for your child’s well-being. All footwear needs to be removed before entering the club
The registration form must be completed by a parent/guardian over the age of 18
Any allergies and/or medical conditions must be shared upon registration
All children must be potty trained or diaper/pull-up free. Children who are not potty trained and require nappies can join only with one-to-one care of an Atlantis babysitter (chargeable and subject to availability)
Parents/guardians are requested to pick up their children on time to avoid supplementary late fees. Only 10+ years old can check out by him/herself when permitted and authorized by a parent/guardian
No sick children will be allowed in the club. The Child should be free of all symptoms in order to a book session

Babies 7 month and above will be applicable for babysitting services
All Babysitting Services are specifically child minding and are subject to availability
24 hours advanced booking is required
All Babysitting Services are charged at a minimum of (3) three hours and maximum of 12 hours per sitter
The same Babysitter cannot be provided throughout the guest stay
Atlantis Babysitting Services will confirm the number of sitters required based on sitter to child ratio and ages
Babysitting Services can only be provided in the Kids Club or guest room
Babysitters are not permitted to go swimming with children under their care at any time. Due to health & safety legislation, they do not assume responsibility for a child’s safety in the water at either the pool or beach
A meal is to be provided to the Babysitter if Sitting Service is (4) four consecutive hours or more

Children 3 years old and below will have 1 babysitter assigned per child
Children 4 years old and over will have 1 babysitter assigned for up to 2 children

Charges:

A cancellation fee of AED 320 is applicable. Bookings cancelled within (4) four hours of confirmed starting time or a no show incur the fee. A 30-minute grace period will be extended post start time, after which Babysitter will be released & fee charged
Changes to confirmed booking times & dates within (4) hours of confirmed start time or end time will be charged as a one-time AED 120 amendment fee
No direct cash transactions are to be made with the babysitter, except gratuity
Payment is made directly via Atlantis Explorers Club or Front Office room post
