Birthday Vouchers:
During blackout dates, spend may be accumulated however discount tiers, birthday vouchers, pool & beach access vouchers and other offers will not be applicable.
- To redeem the birthday voucher, kindly inform the reservation team upon making the reservation.
- Table reservations should be done at least 1 week prior.
- Birthday vouchers can be redeemed by scanning/applying your QR code within the dining outlet.
- Birthday vouchers appear in the app 7 days before your birthday, and are valid for the 7 days prior, the day of and 7 days after your birthday.
- If you do not see your birthday voucher in the app within this period, please contact us to update your date of birth prior to dining – else the voucher will not be redeemable within the outlet.
- Birthday vouchers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Birthday vouchers cannot be redeemed during blackout dates (view blackout dates).
- Birthday vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- Birthday vouchers cannot be used on items that are non-discountable such as Brunch, Set menus, and more
- Some outlets may only offer set menu’s as a dining options such as FZN. In this case there will be no discount applicable but the membership will be applied to the cheque to log the spend on your profile.
- Pool & Beach access can be redeemed by scanning/applying your QR code within the dining outlet.
- Prior booking is mandatory to avail the offer.
- Access cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Access cannot be used during blackout dates (view blackout dates).
- Access is based on availability within The Atlantis Circle one night stay availability calendar.

During blackout dates, spend may be accumulated however discount tiers, birthday vouchers, pool & beach access vouchers and other offers will not be applicable.
- All UAE public holidays are considered as restaurant blackout dates. This includes but is not limited to: New Year's Eve, New Year’s Day, Arafat Day, Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Islamic New Year, Prophet’s Birthday, UAE National Day.
- Special celebrations are also considered blackout dates, including 14 February, Easter Weekend (Friday to Sunday), 24, 25, 31 December.
- Blackout days are subject to change and at the discretion of the business.
- Spend may not be accumulated in all blackout events, please see Dining Discount section for more information.
- To ensure spend accumulation, all F&B transactions at Atlantis Dubai must reflect the Atlantis Circle tier discount.
- Restaurant transactions that reflect the 'Atlantis The Royal Resident' discount will not be eligible for manual spend addition.
Dining Discount
- Discount and spend accumulation are applicable for up to 8 people including the member at a single transaction.
- Discount and spend accumulation can only be applied by presenting the unique QR code on The Atlantis Circle mobile app to the restaurant attendant at the time of dining. If the QR code is not presented while dining, the member will not be able to obtain the discount or the spend post the dining visit.
- The member should ensure that the cheque reflects their membership number before completing the transaction. If the membership number has not been added, the spend will not automatically be logged and the spend cannot be logged manually after a visit.
- Spend can only be logged manually after a visit, if the member has a copy of the cheque, the membership number is applied, and the spend is not reflecting in the members transactions. The transaction should also have been within the last 7 days. Should these conditions be met, please email theatlantiscircle@atlantisdubai.com within 7 days of dining with a copy of the relevant dining cheque with the Atlantis Circle discount and membership applied.
- Blue members are entitled to 15% off food and beverage, while Silver members are entitled to 20% off, Gold members are entitled to 25% off and Black members are entitled to 30% off.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on tobacco, shisha, mini bar food items, and in-room-dining charges.
- Discount is not applicable on set menus such as Ossiano Wave Tasting and Wine Pairing menu.
- Discount is not applicable on promotional menu items including but not limited to Happy Hour, Ladies Day, Nobu Lunch, Saffron Brunch, Bread Street Kitchen Wellington Wednesday, Bread Street Kitchen Sunday Roast, En Fuego All You Can Eat Tacos, En Fuego Thursday Ladies Night, En Fuego Fiesta Fridays, En Fuego Saturday Brunch, and En Fuego Rodizio Carnival, Jaleo La Feria Brunch, En Fuego Sunday Lunch, La Mar Pisco Brunch, Taste of La Mar, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Sunday Roast, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Discovery Menu, Ariana’s Persian Kitchen Rose Bar Mazzeh, Ariana’s Persian Kitchen Summer Persian Lunch, Milos Business Lunch, Cloud 22 Moonlight Sessions. Anything outside the usual a la carte offerings served in the restaurant doesn't qualify for cost reductions.
- In-house guests charging their dining bill to their room must first scan their QR code at the time of dining to receive their discount and then charge to their room.
- Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or voucher outside of The Atlantis Circle programme.
- For bookings in our private dining rooms and WHITE Beach, the minimum spend amount is the amount required after the discount is applied.
- For any bookings requiring minimum spend, the minimum spend amount is the amount required after the discount is applied.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on any pool & beach entrance or cabanas at Atlantis Dubai.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on surfing, bowling and the arcade in Wavehouse.
- Blackout dates apply at times throughout the year, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Easter weekend, Eid Al Fitr & Al Adha weekends, Halloween weekend, 24th of December, 25th of December, and 31st of December and 1st of January.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on New Years Eve packages, as well as other packages and events offered throughout the year. Spend is only available when the member QR code is scanned and applied to a bill on the Point of Sale. All other restrictions still apply.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on third party kiosks and outlets – including but not limited to: Booba, Cold Stone Creamery, Starbucks (Avenues), Starbucks (Dolphin Bay), Yogurt Berry, Turkish Ice Cream, Churros Phase I, Churros Phase II, Island Way Sunshine Circle, Island Way Neptune, OJUJ, OJUJ Café, Tropical Sno, Cold Station, Island Treats, Nathan’s Hotdog, Chipstix (Sunshine Circle), Chipstix (Trident Tower), Cali-Poke (Sunshine Circle), Cali-Poke (Atlas Village), Pizza Cone, Yougugu, Bianco Italy, Bianco Italy Cart, House of Treats (Beach Kiosk), Gourmet Turkish Ice Cream (Poseidon Tower), Fruit Corner Turkish Ice Cream (Monorail).
- Discount is not applicable and spend is not accumulated for special events or non-F&B spend at Atlantis Dubai such as hotel stays or Aquaventure related spend.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not available on private and corporate events, weddings or group activities.
- Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on Iftar at The Asateer Tent.
- Discount and spend is not applicable on special or seasonal dining items such as the Festive Turkey Takeaway offering.
Mobile App
- To enjoy the benefits of The Atlantis Circle, guests must download The Atlantis Circle mobile application, available on the Apple App store and Google Play store and sign up as a member.
- The Atlantis Circle mobile application is compatible with iOS version 12.4 and above and Android version 8.0 and above.
- Members must be connected to WiFi or have a working internet connection to use the functions of The Atlantis Circle mobile application.
- Screenshots of the mobile app QR code will not be accepted when presenting to the server for the discount to be applied.
Tiers and Spend
- All members who sign up to The Atlantis Circle programme through the mobile app will commence as Blue Tier members and start with 0 spend.
- The ‘Spend’ progress bar on the homepage of the mobile app shows members spend and a visual estimation of how much is required to reach the next tier.
- The transactions page within the profile page of the mobile app shows a more detailed view of the tier and spend status.
- The transaction page shows total spend, spend expiring at the end of the month as well as a month-by-month summary of all transactions for a total of 16 months. This is split into the 12 + 1 months making up the total spend, as well as a further 3 months of expired spend for your records.
- Total Spend:
Your spend is the sum of the current month to date plus the 12 months prior to that (making up a maximum of 13 months depending on the current day of the month)
e.g. If today is 20 Nov 2024, then my spend will show the total from 1 Nov 2023 until 20 Nov 2024. - Tier Upgrades:
Members who earn enough spend to exceed a tier threshold, will be upgraded to the next tier.
e.g. If a member earns 10,000 worth of spend on the 20th of November 2024, they will achieve the Silver tier. They will then have that tier status until the end of November 2025.
This is done to ensure you have at least 12 months of the tier benefits (and up to a maximum of 13 months). You are still able to collect spend and earn higher tiers, where your locked in status will be extended based on when you crossed the next tier threshold. - Tier Downgrades:
Once your locked in period has ended, your tier status will be reviewed monthly.
At the end of every month if:
1. You have enough spend to maintain the minimum tier threshold, then you will have the same tier for another month
2. You do not have enough spend to maintain the minimum threshold, then you will be downgraded from the next month
After the review, the 13th month will be removed, and the new upcoming month will be unlocked for earning. -
Tier Thresholds:
Blue - Default/No threshold
Silver - 10,000
Gold - 25,000
Black - 40,000 - Vouchers and offers based on tier are only applicable while you are still within that tier and have the vouchers and offers available.

- All tier downgrades and spend expiry per the normal rules above are on hold until further notice as a promotional offering. This is subject to change at the discretion of the business.
Membership Account
- Membership is currently restricted to UAE residents only.
- Only one account can be logged in at any given time.
- Deleting the mobile application or changing phone will result in the member being logged out.
- Members can log back into the mobile application by using their registered email address and PIN they have set.
- If an incorrect email or mobile number is used to log in or reset the pin, the user will have issues signing in.
