What time do we open?

You can explore the depths of the aquarium every day of the year with hourly slots from 10:00am to 9:00pm. Make sure you book in your programme to secure your spot.

Are there age or swimming ability restrictions?

There are a range of aquarium experiences designed for swimmers aged 6 years and above. Please check this page for the exact age, swimming ability and diving certification required for the experience you are looking for.

Where are you located?

You can find The Lost Chambers Aquarium at Atlantis, The Palm. To get there, make your way through The Avenues and follow The Lost Chambers Aquarium signs for directions.

Does The Lost Chambers Aquarium provide parking?

If you are arriving by car, please park your vehicle at the Aquaventure Waterpark parking area. To reach the parking, turn right at the first roundabout after exiting the tunnel that leads to Atlantis, The Palm. From there, a shuttle will take you to The Lost Chambers Aquarium, where your adventure begins!

What's the price for adults and for children?

The price depends on the type of experience and seasonality. Book your experience online to save up to 30% and lock in your timeslot in advance as there is limited availability.

What is included in my aquarium experience?

All marine animal experiences in the Ambassador Lagoon include FREE same-day access to The Lost Chambers Aquarium, a locker, towels, water and more depending on the experience you choose.

What should I wear?
